March 2013

The weather was CRAZY this March!  Beautiful days to snow days!  But we are fine with that...as long as it doesnt snow ALL March!

Lynne and I trying our luck at belly dancing...interesting...but I dont think I am a belly dancer!  It was fun while it lasted!

Snow Day!  It came quick and melted quick! ...by the afternoon it was raining and most of it was melted..but we got out in the morning and enjoyed it....

Jake and I ran an Irish Sprint 10k with the kids (well, Jake pushed the kids.)  Here is Leah sporting some of our "accessories"

March starts the spring season for high school and travel soccer!  Here are the girls before their first high school game.....

Leah has graduated from her toddler bed to a double bed...she looks lost in it!  BUT, it will also "double" as a guest bed for visitors!

We scored some sweet tickets to the Circus at the Verizon Center

They included a preshow dinner which was all kids food...as you can see here, Leah has a hotdog pretending she is a ringmaster!

We also got to go down to the floor an hour early for special preshow activities

 Jake has been taking the kids to work with him on Saturday mornings, they love it!  One of his coworkers took a few pictures of them on site.

We made an day out of it...after the museum, we went to dinner and then had ice cream!!

Jake won a free hotel night in Maryland from a golf outing raffle that we needed to use before it expired...it was a good night to use it, the kids were exhausted!!
